POOR QUALITY

Do not waste your money, Sleepmasters is consistent at delivering poor quality products. I bought a Sealy Paloma queen size bed set online in July, within two weeks the springs were already making sound, and the base made cracking noises from the wood. I logged a complaint and received an exchange, had another issue... mattress sagging. Requested a refund but they wanted to give me another exchange which I rejected, now suddenly they ignore my emails. When I contact the whatsapp chat the agents tell me complain has been logged with the online team, it's been a whole month since I waited for the online team to contact me back. ZERO RATING IS WHAT THEY DESERVE.
