POOR QUALITY BEDS

My sister bought a bed, few days after delivery it had a very squeeky sound, she complained and they replaced the mattress. The new replacement mattress also made the same sound, she complained at the branch she made the purchase at and asked for a refund, their customer care department refused and said it's perfectly normal for a new bed to make that sound and said she should turn the mattress around
