Poor quality beds

On the 27th of September 2024, I purchased a Cozy Nights Alexa MKII bed online and was delivered on the 30th of September 2024. Every leg on that bed was wobbly and as a result, the bed would moved and make squeaky sounds. I sent a complaint and had the legs replaced a few weeks later, the delivery guy blatantly told me that he knew he would come back as a lot of people had issues with this specific bed. It is almost 3 months now since I bought the bed and it is making crackling sounds whenever I climb on it or even place my one hand on it, it’s like I’ve had this bed for more than 5 years. This is really disappointing because one would expect good quality products from such a big brand.
