Poor quality bed

I bought a bed at Sleepmasters Diepsloot in July for R4 500. Last weekend I went back to the store to complain that the bed is making noise and uncomfortable. I was advised that someone will come and check the bed. No one has come instead I was requested to send a video.

Now I'm being told to take another video while getting in bed. The bed makes noise even when I'm sleeping. So I don't know know whether I should sleep with a camera on? When I bought the bed I was told it's good quality and not even three months down the line this thing already has issues,

Please liaise with the Store and get this sorted as I'm now being sent from pillar to post. Apparently I was supposed to be given a Warranty card and I was never given that. Instead I was only given a slip. Are you taking pride in ******** people? I'm told the bed doesn't have enough layers. How was I to know that if no one tells me? Am I allowed to cut the mattress open before buying just to see if there are enough layers?
