Poor quality bed

This is the 3rd email iam sending you guys and it's tiring to complain about a bed since may month.

My name is Nikita , I purchased a bed from sleepmasters a year ago. In March 2020 to be exact, by June 2020 I had to return this bed due to its quality and the experience I had while sleeping on it. I then received a new bed in November 2020 which I also had to return it because it was faulty. A new bed was delivered to me in January 2021 and to my surprise I received the same bed that has been causing the same problem since March 2020. It is disheartening that I had to return this bed several times already in a short period of time. At all of these times, I keep on getting the same brand-new bed brand and it keeps on giving the same problem. Whereas it was communicated to me that if I return this product for the third time, I would be given a different brand product but this was not the case in my experience. I was told at the store and assured that this would be rectified. However, on 13/05/2021 your company delivered the same bed to me and I declined the delivery because I would like a refund and purchase a bed somewhere else. Also, one of the reasons I declined the delivery, I saw that was the same bed brand that would subject me to the same inconvenience I’ve had in the past few months with your product. It is such a disappointing experience and deem it as disrespect towards your customers. These circumstances ruined my customer experience and makes me not want to continue supporting your business or recommend it to another customer. I was told to add more to get a better bed, wich I did on July and they said waiting period would be 1 - 2 weeks. Today is the the is the 30th August the 4th week iam waiting for they bed to be delivered and I have to be the one calling all the time to find out what is the delay, the response is we will get back to you and they will never do that. Can you please refund my money back soo I can go purchase a bed at descent place where my money
