Poor quality bed

On the 2nd September I was replaced a restonic marvelous bed, it gave me issues with the mattress. I was offered a sealy( silvertec) I've experienced the most unpleasant services with sleepmasters ever and I do not wish to ever purchase anything with sleepmasters. This is my 5th complain about 2 different beds. They fowarded the matter to silvertec customer services and they gave me guarantees that sleepmasters never told me about, they told me the bed is sagging and they send people to inspect the bed they even gave sleeping pattern that I should practice on their mattress and I paid R6500 for they bed.
