Poor Quality bad service

Poor Quality... Bad service and dishonesty.. After buy a bed from their kaalfontein branch on the 12th of September 2020. The mattress started making funny noise and could literally feel the bed wires on top and on sides.. I called the call centre and was advised to get invoice number which i did not have at that time. Last week monday i send an email and made a call again i received the reference number and the agent promised me a turnaround of 24hrs.. After waiting for 5 days on Monday the 11th of November i called i again in and the rude lady told me the i need to wait for working 24hours.. I explained that its been more than 5 days and she said i need to wait. After spending R4000 am left with nothing.. Am as good as sleeping on the floor.. I regret buying this... My advise never buy anything from sleepmasters
