Poor quality and service

We purchased a bed from Sleepmaters Nelspruit in April 2023. Firstly we had very poor Customer service with the store with our paper work being done incorrectly by the sales person by the name of Brenda. We then made contact with Brian the store manager and after weeks of conversation the contract was rectified in June.

Then the matress started giving us issues. The mattress is completely sagging on the sides

We then again made contact with Brian end of June beginning July and brought the matter under his attention. On the 6th of July 2023 we even send photos to Brian and after numerous conversations were told the bed was no longer manufactured. We were told to go instore and look at other options. This took place the last week of July. We then went instore and was told Brian is not available but they showed us an option with which the bed would be replaced.

On the 4th of August we were told that they eventually uploaded the photos and logged a complaint. We were promised that they will escalate the matter. After numerous follow ups from our part We then were told they would replace the bed which to our dismay did not happen..Again after numerous conversations the replacement did not take place.

Brian told us that the factory would contact us and arrange for the beds to be swopped. He gave us the indication that the bed would be swopped by Monday 7th of August as he escalated the matter.

Again it did not happen. We made contact with Brian again and he said the factory could not get hold of us. Yet we were not contacted by any one.

We followed up with Brian and gave him alternative numbers as well.

We contacted Brian on the 10th of August and told him no one has made contact Yet and to our dismay were then told that he doesn't know if the bed is actually going te be replaced as he is waiting for the rep of the Company as to when they are going to replace the bed

We now no longer know what is fact or fiction and have lost faith in Sleepmaters and Brian as we can not determine how this matter is going to be resolved
