Poor Quality and Poor Service!

We bought mattress topper at sleepmasters, we were not happy with the quality of the topper so we returned it same time. When my partner went back to the store he was told that the person who is incharge of capturing is on leave. They were rude and refused to refund him. The people there told him that they are closing the shop he must come back the following day but they don't promise anything.

I am dissapointed by the poor service we received.
