Poor quality

My husband and I bought a bed from sleepmasters in Gugulethu square. The bed didn't last 3 months and it is torn at the bottom, on the sides and you can feel all the strings when sleeping on the bed. My husband went to tell them about the matter, and the sales lady had the audacity to say that, the person who was doing the sale gave us a bed for kids. Number 1, when 2 adults come in looking for a bed for themselves, why would a children's bed be recommended? So this consultant is insulting our intelligence, because even after we told her that the sales lady told us that it is a 120kgs each side, she continued to say it is a kiddies bed. WHY WOULD WE BUT A KIDDIES BED???? I am so annoyed and I just want them to take back this cheap bed and refund us our money. We have an old bed that was bought at a second hand shop that lasted for more then 10 years till we bought this bed from them. I just want our money back and they can take this **** and throw it away. I am never buying anything from them again, neither am I recommending anyone to buy from them. Poor quality
