Poor delivery service

They don’t know how to conduct their warehouse. Their delivery schedules are not reliable and sometimes they’ll tell you they gonna deliver today and around 3pm they’ll send you an SMS to say your delivery has been rescheduled. It’s as if they don’t understand that we can’t be available always to accept deliveries. Poor service to be honest
