poor customer services

poor customer services. this was my first time buying online and already i have regrets. this people don't take me serious, they ignore my emails and when you call they tell you they don't have a turnaround time. i have been waiting for my order since January 2025 and honestly i now have lost all hope, don't even know if i will ever get my order. i am not happy shame
