Poor customer service

Really annoyed bought a bed now rhe springs are making noise ans the base sounds like its about to break. Been complaining and told to email the POP i did several times and nothing is done. What happned i get a call fron a certain gentleman n all he does is tells me that i need to pay for them to assess the bed. Really annoyed cause im not sleeping peaceful now still need to pay for what reasons. Worst service ever and i bought the bed Cash
