Poor customer service and violation of covid 19 regulation

On 2021-07-01 about 14:30 I went to sleepmaster midrand near boulders to buy a single bed for my child on my arrival there there were ladies working there, as I enter the shop one lady Shout "can u sanitize please and at the time they are not wearing face masks.they sat at the counter and not attended me and my wife.Lucia and Mokgadi are the names a could pick up as they dnt even have name tags, as I mentioned that I need to buy the bed one lady can not even operate the system and writing my address wrong so after the purchase went through I noticed that I was not impressed with their service and needed my money back, they told me I should bring my bank statement and copy of identity document, my wife took all documents they wanted and those ladies told my wife they cant cancell order as it will be delivered tomorrow, but my wife can just sign the papers and they will fill in the paper on her behalf. Am so crossed and angry right now and even have their video helping customers without masks, wa the poor service and low customer service.
