Poor customer service and communication

Poor customer service by the shop manager named Maria. Last week Friday (26 November 2021) I've purchase a bed at Nelspruit Sleepmasters. I was then told to collect my item at Karino Warehouse (approximately 20km from Nelspruit). Suprisely on my arrival there, I was informed by the security that my item was not approved/no transaction with my name and I must wait. I waited for almost 15 minutes without any luck cause my item was still not approved, but I've paid for it. I then called the store for clarity but subsequently the store manager didn't want to talk to me. I then droved back to Nelspruit. On my way the salesman then called and informed me that my item was now ready for collection. Actually I wasted my time and petrol without any compensation or apology from the store manager.
