Poor customer service

I hope I checked these reviews before I buy a bed at sleepmaster. I purchased one at the Khayelitsha branch in August but the mattress is already faulty. Called beginning of Feb and was told am going to get a new one till today no follow up or communication. Poor quality of beds and customer service
