POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poor service rendered.

I've sent my documents on the 30/03/2026 and I was told that it will only take 18 days as per policy. I am still waiting for my refund even today and I want my money back ASAP as I trusted you guys by buying bed Cash.I sent my documents to your Botshabelo Branch as I had a layby with them and I'll no longer buy with you guys because I haven't got my refund

I want my refund before end of day if not then I'll see what to do.ive never seen such *********** reps or store like yours and for fact that you guys do take me for a ride.ive been waiting for it till today.A week before last I sent my documents again and promised that it will reflect last week Thursday but still.iys Monday today it hasn't reflected in my back account.
