Poor customer service

Worst shop to shop from, I ordered a bed and ignored the bad reviews I saw online about this business l, last week on Tuesday I ordered a bed and they delivered the bed to my house on Thursday because I was at work I gave someone at home my reference number to accept the bed on my behalf then they told her they don’t do that I’m the one who must receive the bed and left with the bed, I then called them to ask why they turned with my Oder they the lady on the line said the guys delivering were told when they got to my house no one knew me. I then asked them how will I the bed as I was suppose to move same week she then said they would deliver on Saturday, as mad and confused as I was the bed was never delivered on Saturday I called again they said on Monday. Monday came l called they said on Thursday still nothing, I called again and told them to please make sure they leave my bed with my aunt then gentlemen on the line said they would deliver it by 5 as I told them I can not be the one receiving the bed because I’m at work all day and I don’t get to have my phone. Still nothing, no explanation or whatsoever. I even sent them a complaint email with my reference number and they responded by asking for the damn reference and oder number that is clear on the email. The only option I have no is to contact the ombudsman.
