Poor customer service

I have never seen such bad customer service. I placed an order on 27 Feb 2025, kept tracking on the website and status has since been "Order processing". No once calls to give feedback and Instead I need to be calling every 2nd day to get assistance. 3 weeks after placing my order I was then only told they "Had to Manufacture" the bed from scratch and I should get communication from the warehouse around 28 March with an update for delivery, I AM STILL WAITING
