Poor customer service

I payed and placed order with you guys on the 7th of December 2025, on the 12th of December 2025 I was told my order can't be traced, I logged a complaint with one of the agent on chat box(Thato) -he/she told me I will receive feedback within 24 hours. I haven't received any communication from them. I contacted them this morning for feedback, I was told by the agent (Sibongile) that they don't have stock. No accountability, no effective communication, because they have my money i must chase after them, this is bull**** of company.
