POOR BEDSET

Really starting to think that sleepmasters is the same with these fly by night shops. I recently bought a Sertapedic Athena early 2024 - since then i have had multiple exchanges with the base but nothing changes the bed is still making noise .

Now i want to change the whole baseset but they telling me to rotate the bed mattress . This is very disappointing considering the price i paid for the bed .

i need an immediate resolution to this issue
