POOR BED QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a bed march month end and I'm not happy with the quality of the bed, the legs keep moving and it's so uncomfortable. I wake up with backpains and the mattress quality it's worse. I wanted to exchange it for another comfortable bed but I'm still waiting for their call back as promised but even today i haven't received anything , I'm so disappointed with the quality of this bed and I'm pregnant at the moment and wake up with more backpains and being more tired, i don't feel refreshed after sleeping on this bed, it's even causing more strains in my pregnancy.
