Poor bed quality

I bought sleepmaster Brooklyn double bed at sleepmaster Witbank on the 4 December 2024, it has been a month qnd the bed has a hole and it's sagging, so uncomfortable and hurts my back. I don't recommend the sleepmaster beds as they sell poor quality and robbing people their money, i have requested a refund and still waiting for my reply via email. Worse service ever
