poor and ********* service provider

Bought a brand new bed , restonic Napier copper cool, firm from previous store manager. When I went to pay and request delivery found a new manager in store. She said did not have stock will take a few days to deleiver. To my surprise she delivered the store demo to my home. Went to stores found space where demo was empty. We raised our concern andmthis manager said she need the sales hence her action.no apology. Wife threatened action she said she will send a replacement. Day later replacement arrived and it was not a Firm bed that we paid for but a soft upon careful inspection you can see two sunken iimpressions on the mattress, clearly not what i paid for and seems used. store manager and regional manager insists that there is no firm bed in that make and that is waht we order. my receipt states (f). Google shows that mamkes comes in Firm. I requested a refund and upon me going to the store to give them a copy of my bank statement and copy of iD, found the same make of bed been advertised as a Firm bed.

Worst service ever, deceptive and ********* staff. beware.
