Poor aftersales customer experience

I bought a bed during blackfriday specials on the 27th of November 2025 at Sleepmasters Centurion and paid also the delivery fee and I was told the bed will be delivered within a week in my hometown in the limpopo. A month later when I enquired about the delivery I was told that wearhouse at polokwane don't want to deliver at Apel so they want to refund me. I don't need any refund unless the full price of the bed is refunded as I have lost on other specials
