Poor after service!

My bed has sunken in the centre, stitches are coming. I went to the to store I bought it from to complain, as I don’t want the same bed and would like to upgrade the current bed instead of them repairing the current one.

Complaint number is: FM-SLEE-***

From October I’ve had no feedback.

Head office says it’s the store, the store says it’s head office. Now I’m being told head office is closed till Jan. I must suffer with my strained back till Jan from October?

I’d rather recommend The Bed Shop. Best service received from them.
