Payed doubled for delivery

I labye a bed and made final payment on the 17 of December in sleepmasters in President hyper vaal and waited for it to be delivered...but it was not then I called Lolo the consultant .she told me that the warehouse is closed and she would advice me to pay 300 on top of that 350 that I already paid with Layne and she will give me a matrass protector for that amount...I paid then 300 and to my surprised the mayrass protector was not with the bed...no explanation no nothing I called the store and she said they are out of stock she will call Sleepmasters from 3 rivers to assist...still after a week no communication I had to go to the store again to ask and what I happening still she said 3rivers refused to give her as it is for their customers. She asked me to wait again I waited whole January ..in February sleepmaster ran a special including matrass protector which was 199...I went to sleepmasters in palmsprings and enquire about the matter and they called Lolo and ask her to change the 9nformation to their system ..she said ok...still after that ther was no communication went back to the store still they called her and told them that she was going to call me ....then she called me 4 days after and said she did put a request ...she kept quiet again I called her she said it's still under process and it won't take longer than 2 weeks..it's almost 3 weeks still mo response from Lolo and her company...
