pathetic service - sleepmasters!!

Service delivery is pathetic - purchased a bed on 29-11-2019- no goods received, no update on progress. my order has moved one step in this time and when u contact customer care the consultants treat you as if they have provided a free product. call the customer care line and the service is disgusting - the consultants drop calls on customers and transfer without advising. Im sure no one from the company even checks their reviews too see how terrible their service is. I have looked at the previous reviews and see that other customers are experiencing the same issues. what a shame to be told these things repeatedly and no improvement??? disgusted!
