Pathetic service, *****

I purchased 2 mattresses on a Monday and the sales lady could not confirm delivery. I received sms's daily confirming delivery date. Sales lady from the store kept calling me to find out about the delivery. I think she knew that delivery would not happen. Now struggling to get a refund. Customer care cannot call out, so you need to call the store and then the call center, which means you spend more money to get your own money back.
