Pathetic service from Sleepmasters - DON'T BUY

Bought a mattress online and paid for delivery. I have been trying for a week to inform them that there will only be someone available during a certain time to receive the delivery. No one in the whole company deals with deliveries, or can send me the number of the company that delivers for them. Constantly have to deal with rude callcenter agents that just put you on hold!!!
