Pathetic service from Sleepmasters

My partner and I went into the store at the Boksburg branch and purchased a bed and headboard/pedestals set. We obviously understood that there were holidays in between and our items couldn't get delivered as soon as we wanted it, but we then got an sms saying that it would be delivered on the 30th of December. It is now the 3rd of January and we still don't have our goods. We've been calling back and forth and been getting told that they have a backlog of deliveries. Absolutely pathetic service
