Pathetic service

Sleepmasters are the worse place to purchase a bed from.

I received an sms saying that my order will be delivered on the 24 Jan i then called the customer service to have it rescheduled to the 30th Jan as I will be taking leave for the week to receive my bed...but still the order came on that day, again I receive another delivery the 28th Jan when I specifically told them I want delivery the 30th as know one will be home before then. Up untill today I still have not received my bed. Sleepmasters have waisted my time and leave. I've called customer service again and it's been a whole back and forth with them, the service is absolutely pathetic and I would never purchase anything from them again. I ended up cancelling my order
