PATHETIC SERVICE!

I ordered a bed on 29/11, the delivery fee is R300 which I expect to be worthwhile.. Later on that day i got an sms saying I would receive the bed today 3/12. Last night around 21.45 it updated to shipped, sounds good.. I waited at home ALL DAY, it's currently 6.20pm and no bed? When will I get my bed?

I called around 3pm and the lady was of absolutely no help.. She just kept saying the courier will call an hour before they deliver and she couldn't give me a number or assist me in any other way as to when I will get the bed or who could assist me. She said they deliver until 6pm, we're already passed that and no one called me.

Pathetic service! For the delivery fee I would expect better service..
