Pathetic service

i am writing this because i am fed up with the service i received from sleepmasters ,i bought a bed March 2020 and when they delivered , it was not something i expected as the bed was sagging and made noise ,i reported to protea glen sleep master shop ,and i had to upgrade and i paid the difference and my new bed was delivered around September ,however the delivery guy told me he was not given an authority to take the older bed ,i contacted the store in protea glen and the manager told me that sleep master head office doesn't know what they are doing and that i was not the only one with that problem and that i should leave the bed outside since i didnt have a space for 2 beds in my house ,the bed has been outside for months in this rainy season and i dont want it anymore in my yard ,i have received several calls from sleepmasters management wanting to deliver bed and i always have to explain myself that the bed was delivered and that they must just collect the old one ,and no one can help ,i want throw this bed away ,i will not be responsible for it as you guys are not paying for storage in my yard ,sleep masters leadership is useless and don't care about their products and customers ,am begging you to come to fetch your stupid bed before i throw it away .

i will never recommend or buy from you guys ,pathetic service
