Pathetic service by Sleepmasters Fernda8

So last week Saturday I bought a bed cash at sleepmasters Ferndale and I was promised delivery on Monday latest Tuesday. Since Tuesday was a holiday (youth day) I gave them up to Wednesday. Wednesday I was called and told the stock was rained on since Tuesday was raining, I understood and waited for Friday. Friday the bed did not come Saturday the bed didn't come and I went to the store around 2pm and I was told the warehouse confirmed delivery so I should wait for my bed to be delivered before 6,i waited and bed didn't come. Sunday I went back to the store and I was told more stories and the lady called Portia did copy of my ID and promised that she'll fetch the bed herself from warehouse, at 15:30 she video called me while in a truck with this guy with a bed and I was told that was my bed on the way from Pretoria. Waited and waited, at 6pm the driver called me and said its now late for him he was dropping off Portia in Germiston so he'll come tomorrow. I'm so annoyed right now with this pathetic service. All I want is my money back, I don't want the sleepmasters bed anymore. I want my money back. Sleepmasters is a *****, they are quick to take our money. Don't buy anything at sleepmasters people Don't.
