Pathetic Service

I did a laybye with you guys, paid it in October. I had to wait for about 2 weeks for the furniture to arrive. Wardrobe came with skretches i turned it back, i waited for another one it also arrived with skretches i also turned it back. This is soo pathetic and frustrating, i am soo dissapointed in your service. Called kenako branch and they advised they will call i am waiting for their call
