Pathetic Service

Pathetic service received! I bought a bed with them on the 22nd of Dec, the mattress was saggy and uncomfortable and it was making a noise like an old mattress. Went back to the store on the 10thof Jan was told that the supplier reopens on the 15th of Jan so I should come back then. Went back they advised that they had contacted the supplier and will get back to me, went to the store like 10 times while waiting for the supplier to contact me was told that they have a long list to get through to. While waiting went back to the store for the 11th time last week and the supplier called and ask me about weight as the mattress can carry a certain weight which was not advised at point of sale, they requested pictures of the mattress sent the pictures it’s been a week already, no response went back to the store yesterday they said I must wait, when I told them I do not want the bed they told me that the only option I have is to upgrade it he bed if I have a problem with the bed, there is nothing else they can do.?♀️?♀️
