Pathetic Service

An absolute no go to everyone. People should actually boycott this shop completely so they can close down.They don't even deserve a one rating.I recently purchased a bed from the woodmead branch.From the outset there was absolute unprofessional service and dishonesty.I experienced unbelievable stress and extreme dissatisfaction.Was given wrong advice and incorrect information.Bed was not delivered on time as promised which resulted in us sleeping on the floor.Staff was unhelpful and never returned calls. Even the area manager was absolutely rude. She spoke to another manager and we could hear everything she was saying. So unprofessional.Bed that was finally delivered was the incorrect measurements.Bedding I bought couldn't fit because the bed was made to a ridiculous measurement that does not exist anywhere.After complaining I was still told it was correct and that I had to get custom made bedding which is available only from international companies at very high prices.No apologies were made for all the inconvenience.After the bed was returned and I was refunded I still had to pay for delivery costs for a reject bed.No renumeration was made for such horrible service.
