Pathetic quality of beds

I bought a bed in November and in February someone called asking how their bed was treating me and I advised that it wasn't comfortable at all. And was told they will call me back and no one ever called. I then sent a complaint to them and was advised someone will call me back from the store I initially bought the bed this was in June if I'm not mistaken till today I haven't received any feedback. I now have a bed that is not even a year old but has springs coming out of it. I am so disappointed in sleep masters in every way including their customer service.
