Pathetic after service

Bought 2 single beds 2 just over a week ago within 3 days the stitches are opening on the.matress as well as the.matress.sinking . Called customer which is pathetic the only.thing they advised was the complaint was logged and a log.was sent.the service is terrible.as i was advised that with 48 hours I will receive a call more than 3 days now no call.i paid a high price and today I cannot use the beds .it's better for them collect.the beds and cancel.my agreement.if I don't my account one Month surely il receive a call from them
