Paid for bed not available for pick up in store after 19 and counting days

On 03/01/2020 I bought a bed(Cash) at Sleepmasters Phalaborwa. Sales Agent advised that the bed isn't in the store but in the warehouse in Tzaneen, in fact 3 beds were in the warehouse. I was asked if I want to pay for delivery, which I said no...I will pick it up as soon as it gets to the store in Phalaborwa. To date the bed has not reached Sleepmasters Phalaborwa store. Whilst I was advised that since I bought/paid for it, the bed will be delivered to the store on Tuesday(06/012020) as the store will order it from the warehouse for delivery to Phalaborwa. To this day I do not have the bed that I paid for cash 19 days ago. It is about 115Km between Tzaneen & Phalaborwa, how does it take so many days to get the paid for bed to Phalaborwa? I'm 100% sure that a white customer neither wouldn't have gotten nor accepted such service!!!
