Out of stock products being advertised

I went to finish off my layby Monday at sleepmasters in letlhabile I was told my delivery will be done during the week and I got a call today the consultant told they don't have stock so the will only deliver the headboard and not the bed and i asked when will I get my bed the answer was whenever it's available yooh am so disappointed and am never returning to that shop again if am going to be blindsided just for them to get the money knowing very well they don't have the products
