Online order still not delivered after 2 months

I placed an online order on the 19th of Oct which has not been delivered even today. When I complained the lady that was assisting me realised that I made an error and ordered a matrass only instead of a bed set and promised to come back to me so we can rectify that, even today nothing has been done. I have been calling the complaints department and when a lady finally picked up she was not interested after I explained she told she will transfer to someone who deals with sleepmaster after a long wait the phone was cut. This is really shicking
