Not recommended unless you like bad service

I bought a bed in December 2019. In a week's time the mattress had bumps and the springs started to break through. I reported it at the shop then they said they will send an agent. It has been 6 months and i haven't heard from them at all. They also don't answer any emails. The bed feels like it is 10 years old already and they don't show any concern or help whatsoever. I bought it cash.
