Not exactly value for money

I am not satisfied with the quality of the services. I had bought 2 beds online that had a special which included a free air fryer. This purchase was done in June - upon delivery I had asked the delivery driver where the airfryers were and I was told that they were to be delivered by a courier company. A few weeks had gone by then I called the customer service line to ask about the delivery of the air fryers, I was told that there is a backlog in the system and had to wait for the courier company to contact me in order to confirm delivery details and I have been waiting ever since.
