Not a happy customer

I bought a bed in may worth 4000 I am not happy with the base it keeps on making funny sounds I contacted the store they told me I should come to the shop with my receipts,yes I did that they said I should wait for two weeks even today they haven't called me.base keeps on getting worse no one attended my matter.
