Non payment for service rendered

<p>Rendered service have not been paid to date.</p> <p>It seems this company in the name of empower ing black business owner drivers.</p> <p>After you give them service and their budget doesn't allow for payment, another owner driver will be called in and after a while not pay then get in another.</p> <p>Wish to understand and know where such complains are lodged.</p>
