Non delivery when you're told it will get delivered.

I was informed my delivery will be on Tuesday 03/12/2024, I opened my day so that I can receive the delivery, I already cleared my old bed to make space. I phoned to follow up but was told they will phone me an hour in advance, buying you an hour at a time just to get to 17:00 when everyone goes home. After service is horrible, staff at your call center has no idea what's going on, can't track your order. Service ends when you make payment.
