Non Delivery of Goods since purchase on the 24November 2017

We have never felt so disrespected in our lives. So on the 24th, Black Friday special, we bought the Restonic Bed at Sleepmaster , Soshanguve The crossing...at first the bed my brother wanted to buy they told him its finished and convinced him to buy the R5000 one. He did that and bought it cash, we've received promises that the bed will be elivered but even today, we havent received any bed.

The promises made since 24th November has not been met. My brother has spent extra cost to go to the shop to inquire, but all they do is to give promises that are not met ..earlier today they promised That they'll deliver before 5pm, he called around That time, and promised to deliver before the night ends...what kind of service is this? We expected soo much from Sleep Master yet we got a bad service
