Nolan Singh. Sleepmasters Disaster

Over 2 months ago, we purchased a bed and mattress protector from Sleepmasters Southgate mall, needless to say we've had endless problems with these guy's in almost every department. to date our mattress protector hasn't been delivered without any communication whatsoever, so we decided to visit the store yesterday 04/01/2020. We dealt with Nolan Singh, who has zero service or communication s****s, a street vendor has better service s****s than he does. He was rude,unapologetic and unhelpful to say the least. i asked him for their head office number, he then told me to google it. Safe to say we will not be doing any business with this company ever again. Nolan Singh needs to be trained on professionalism, he lacks s****s in almost every department and doesn't give a very good representation of the company at all. Extremely annoyed and irritated by this company and the person who so poorly represents it!!!.......Ups**** and train your staff regularly
